"I reached out about an issue I was..."
I reached out about an issue I was having, and they got back to me quickly. They handled the whole thing without making it feel like some big complicated process, which I really appreciated.

"I moved my courses over without..."
I moved my courses over without much hassle, and the setup was actually smooth. I only had to ask for help once, which was a pleasant surprise. Overall, it felt like a solid choice and definitely worth it for the time it saved me.

"Decent for class, but the bugs get annoying"
I used this for my classes, and it was okay, but the lag got frustrating FAST. Lessons would freeze or drag at random times, which made it hard to stay focused.

"I was using another tool for a..."
I was using another tool for a while, but the cost started to feel a bit much for what I was actually getting. So I decided to try this one out, mostly hoping it would cover the basics without adding another headache. Turns out, it had everything I needed in one place, and I ended up saving money too. For the price, it feels like a solid deal

"Selling my downloads was way more frustrating than expected"
I was really hoping this would make selling my digital downloads simple, but the setup ended up being confusing. My products didn’t display properly half the time, and I felt like I had to keep being patient with every little issue instead of actually getting things sold. It was more of a hassle than I expected.

"Not as convenient as I expected"
I went with Podia because it was marketed as this simple all-in-one setup, and that sounded perfect at the time. But once I actually started using it, it didn’t feel nearly as smooth or complete as I expected.
I still found myself needing extra tools for things I thought would be built in, and jumping around between pages and settings felt more clunky than it should have. A few basic things were oddly hard to find, and I ended up spending way too much time fixing little issues instead of actually getting my work done.

Maybe it’s a good fit for some people, but for me the convenience just wasn’t there. I also got the feeling that a lot of the focus is on getting you into the platform and upselling features, rather than making the day-to-day experience genuinely easier. I wanted less hassle, not another thing to manage

"Solid community features, but memberships could be better"
I’ve been using Podia for a small paid group, and overall it’s been easy to manage. The community area is simple enough that people don’t really get lost, which is nice. You can get posts and emails out without much hassle, but after a while it does feel a little basic. I just wish there were more layout options and stronger notifications so you had more flexibility with how everything looks and how members stay updated.

"I’m not super technical, but this..."
I’m not super technical, but this has made email marketing really easy for me. Setting up a campaign is straightforward, and I really like how the email editor lets me quickly add images, buttons, and clean-looking sections without fighting with the layout. I can put an email together, send it out, and know it’s going to work the way I expect.

I was kind of expecting some random payment issue, but nope, it went through right away. Super smooth checkout.

"The updates still feel behind. They keep making..."
The updates still feel behind. They keep making it sound like big fixes are coming, but when an update finally rolls out, it’s slow and barely seems to fix anything. Kind of frustrating when you’re expecting improvements and it just feels like more broken promises

"Works okay, but the little issues get annoying"
It works fine most of the time, and to be fair, it doesn’t go down often. But when it does have a hiccup, it’s annoying. Just annoying. Most days it’s reliable, then every now and then there’s a small issue, and those small issues still get frustrating. So yeah, mostly fine, mostly reliable, but the hiccups are definitely there

"Good integrations, but a little fiddly to set up"
I was able to connect it to Zapier without any major issues, which was great. That said, the setup wasn’t exactly instant for me and took a bit of time to figure out. Once I got through the setup, everything worked fine, but it could definitely be a little smoother

"Affiliate setup was way easier than I expected"
I use Podia for my course, and the affiliate setup was painless. Getting the links sorted and keeping an eye on payouts has been easy enough, which I really appreciate. At first I was like, okay, this is almost too basic… but then I realized that’s kind of the point. It’s not flashy or packed with a bunch of extras, but it does what I need without making me overthink it.

"Videos play well most of the time"
Overall, the videos run smoothly for me. There’s some occasional buffering, but that can happen with any streaming service depending on the connection, so it’s not a big deal. For the most part, it works well

"Felt a bit too limited for my needs"
I really wanted this to work for me, but the features felt basic for what I needed. I ended up having to use a couple of other tools to fill in the gaps, which was kind of frustrating. Has anyone else run into the same issue?

"Pretty easy to get started with"
I liked that the website builder was straightforward at first, and it didn’t take long to figure out the basics. The templates looked decent and I was able to put something together without too much hassle. After spending more time with it, though, I started noticing there just weren’t as many customization options as I expected, so it ended up feeling a bit limited.

"I found Podia easy to..."
I found Podia easy to get started with, and I was able to set up my pages without too much hassle. For the most part, everything felt straightforward. That said, a few settings weren’t where I expected them to be, so I spent some time clicking around just to figure out simple things. Overall, my experience was good, but it’s not quite perfect.

"Pretty easy overall, with a few little frustrations"
I’ve been using podia to put together a small course, it’s been a smooth experience. At first I felt really relieved because uploading lessons and organizing sections was way easier than I expected. Then I hit a couple of settings that made me go, okay, wait, where is this hiding? That was a little annoying for a minute, but I figured it out without too much stress. Overall I’m happy with it and it does what I need, though I do wish there were more layout options so the course pages could feel a bit more customized
